Alcohol Licensing

Under the 2003 Licensing Act, anyone wishing to sell hot food and drinks after 11pm, alcohol or provide entertainment has to adhere to a dual system of licensing – personal and premises licenses. The regime saw the transfer of responsibility for administration from the Magistrates’ Courts to local authorities.

We can assist you in all stages of your application whether for a personal licence, premises licence, club premises certificate or a temporary event notice. In addition, we offer advocacy services for licensing hearings. Finally, should the need arise, we can advise and represent you in an appeal against the licensing authority’s decision.

Please call us on 01252 617119 to find out how we can assist you.
