Licensing Appeals

Licensing decisions in the first instance are made by local authority licensing committees. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome you may be able to appeal to the Magistrates Court or alternatively, in certain situations, you may be able to seek to challenge a decision by way of an application for Judicial Review; for example where a local authority proposes to introduce a cumulative impact policy.
